Optimum Nutrition ZMA 180 Capsules Nutrition Facts

Optimum Nutrition ZMA, 180 Capsules has potent combination of zinc, magnesium, and vitamin B6 that has been shown to increase muscle strength, size, and recovery when used in conjunction with intense weight training. This product may help you sleep better too, both thanks to its blend of active ingredients and because of the peace of mind you gain from knowing that ON uses only SNAC System, Inc. ZMA, the zinc-magnesium formula supported by published research.

Two recent clinical trials have shown that a synergistic combination of Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate, Magnesium Aspartate, and Vitamin B6 can significantly increase muscle-building hormone levels and muscle strength in well-trained athletes. The novel Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate formula may also help to increase endurance, healing, growth and restful sleep.
